  Place seemed nice at first but then the true colors shone through when they continued to call and cancel my mothers appointment. My mother has early stages of Alzheimers and being treated in a timely fashion was important. We got in for a first appointment but the follow up kept getting rescheduled. Dr Sahni wanted to see Mom in 4 weeks so she could review previous MRI's CATs and bloodwork. Dr Sahni told me she would try to get the images but said to call her office in 2 weeks to see if she was able to acquire them or not. She wanted me to do this in case she was unable to obtain them. This way, if need be, I could go into our local office/hospital and pick them up myself to have them for the follow up with her. I called several times and no one ever returned my calls for weeks. Finally 2 days before Moms follow up I reached a receptionist who then transferred me to Dr Sahnis assistant. When I explained my many unanswered attempts of trying to reach them and why, she had the nerve to reply "I received your messages but just didn't call you back". She was VERY SMUG. So I ran crazy to get the images. I had them for Moms follow up which was now only two days away. I ran crazy and got everything. Then the next thing I know, I am being called up and told they had to cancel her appointment and schedule it for 2 months down the road! So we set the appointment again and waited. A week before Moms new appointment, they called to cancel and reschedule AGAIN! When we finally got in to their office again Dr Sahni was cold, with horrible bed side manners. She provided NO help whatsoever. It was a replay of our initial appointment! She wanted to do a batch of tests, one of which she was unsure if Moms insurance covered. She told her assistant to check and see if Moms insurance covered that and then call and let us know. She wanted her assistant to do this in a timely fashion so that we could get all the tests taken care of before Moms next appointment. Weeks went by and I heard nothing from the assistant. I called several times and finally reached her and again was met with her smug attitude. She acted as if it was no big deal but had no answer as to whether or not Moms insurance covered the tests. Our 2nd follow up with Dr Sahni was 2 weeks away. Then I get another phone call and guess what? Yep, it was Dr Sahni's office calling to RESCHEDULE yet another appointment! At that point I told them that I refused for them to play with my mothers health in such a terrible manner and that they need to just remove her from being a patient in this practice. Mom would NEVER be returning there! Another thing to note is that in the beginning when I started seeing these issues with Dr Sahni I asked to see a different neurologist but was told that they cant do that because the doctors dont share patients. I said I did NOT want Mom to be shared I simply wanted a different Doctor. They refused. This is a HORRIBLE place! If you truly care about your loved ones, I advise you to steer away from here and look for some place with more compassion. My Mom, who is 70 yr old 5' woman who is as sweet as the day is long, was not treated kindly at all here. I am guessing one of the reasons she treated us so badly was because my mother is on Medicare. Disgusting!
